Interconnector North/West Flow and South/East Flow

Two additional calculated interconnector datasets are available in NEM-Review 6 Silver. North/West flow is the amount (in MW) of power being exported by an interconnector in a trading period.

It is calculated by taking the total interconnector flow and setting all negative values to zero.

Similarly, South/East flow is the amount (MW) of power being imported by an interconnector.

It is calculated by setting all positive values of total interconnector flow to zero, and taking the absolute of all negative values of the total interconnector flow.

These new datasets help make your analysis of interconnector flows clearer by omitting unnecessary data.
