Furthermore, we’re happy for you (and would even encourage you) to keep a copy of the NEM‑Review database even after your licence expires, in order that you can continue using it in conjunction with your other tools.

We obviously hope that we’ll be able to continue serving you for many years into the future, but we don’t see the point in penalizing you by not permitting you to use the data you’ve already purchased from us if your licence was to expire.

Of course you would need to note that the data updates would stop, once your licence had expired, but this might not be an issue for you.
